Q: What is a Founder Pack?

Q: Do Founder Packs provide gameplay advantages?
A: No. Founder Packs do not provide gameplay, combat, progression, or competitive advantages. All included items are cosmetic only.
Q: Are Founder Pack rewards permanent?
A: Yes. All rewards included in a Founder Pack are permanently unlocked on your account once redeemed.
Q: What does "planned content" mean?
A: "Planned content" refers to areas and features the developers currently intend to add during development. Plans may change during Early Access, and specific features, timelines, or scope are not guaranteed.
Q: Are Founder-exclusive items time-limited?
A: Founder-exclusive cosmetics are only available through Founder Packs and will not be sold separately later. However, they do not impact gameplay.
Q: Can I upgrade between Founder Packs later?
A: No.
Q: Are Founder Packs refundable?
A: Refunds are handled according to Steam's refund policy. Once cosmetic items are redeemed and playtime exceeds Steam's refund limits, refunds may no longer be available.
Q: Will the game be free-to-play later?
A: The final pricing model has not been finalized. Purchasing a Founder Pack does not guarantee free access to future versions beyond what is explicitly listed.
Q: Will my Founder Pack carry over after Early Access?
A: Yes. Founder Pack rewards are tied to your account and will remain available after Early Access.
