Terms of Service

Welcome to Digiwar (the “Game”), developed by Monsters Territory ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Game. By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age or have obtained the consent of your legal guardian to use the Game.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Game, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, and we are not responsible for any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

    Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game;
    Use the Game for any unlawful purpose;
    Exploit any bugs or glitches in the Game to gain unfair advantage.

4. Virtual Goods and Currency

The Game may include virtual goods or currency (collectively “Virtual Items”) available for purchase. Virtual Items are not real-world currency and cannot be traded or exchanged outside the Game. All purchases of Virtual Items are final, and no refunds will be issued.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

    Use offensive, abusive, or harmful language in the Game’s chat or interactions;
    Harass, threaten, or harm other players;
    Cheat, hack, or otherwise tamper with Digiwar.

6. Content Ownership

All content in the Game, including graphics, characters, music, and gameplay, is owned by Monsters Territory or its licensors. You are granted no ownership rights to any part of the Game.

7. User-Generated Content

You may create content within the Game, such as player name, biography, chat messages, or custom items. By creating and sharing this content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display your content within the Game.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update the Game, add new features, or remove content at any time. These updates may be required to continue using the Game, and you agree that we have no obligation to provide ongoing support or updates.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated Virtual Items.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be available at all times or free from errors or interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monsters Territory shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Québec, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Game will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Québec, Canada.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting an update on the Game or through other communication methods. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
